There’s some cool action on this page, but I think you mostly want to see the cat.
I have a keyboard with a number pad, but the alt-codes for special characters don’t seem to work. I have to copy/paste the O with a macron (ō) into Photoshop. I do make sure that the num lock is on. Does Windows 11 have different alt-codes?
Anyway, three pages remain!
Some more blood on this page. Find the full version below:

Image description:
A five-panel, mostly black-and-white comic page.
Panel 1: The duel between the first Atagi and Takazaki samurai concludes. The Atagi has his back to the viewer and is in shadow. The Takazaki slashes him across the chest and neck, and a burst of blood, rendered in red, marks the path of his sword. He stands with a smirk that is between manic and cocky, the sword in both hands at the end of its downward arc.
Panel 2: With youthful hubris, Tanki prepares to fight the remaining samurai. His shoulders, fists, and face are visible, the last with a determined look.
Panel 3: Kazu appears at Tanki’s elbow, coming barely up to his shoulder. Kazu’s hair is dripping with melting snow. Tanki looks surprised; Kazu has an expression of contained nervousness.
Kazu: The daimyō’s men will be on their way, friend. I suggest we not be here when they arrive.
Panel 4: We see the back door of the teahouse, lit from within. Snow blows around. Kazu and Tanki exit from the bright doorway, Tanki ducking and putting a hand over his head. Outside, two men, one in a kimono and trousers and the other wearing an apron over a kimono, and the waitress wait. A cat can be seen off to the right, followed by a trail of tiny footprints. Human footprints mar the snow around the door.
Panel 5: In a similar shot, we see the front door. One panel is open, and another is still splattered with blood. Footprints mark the fallen snow, and more snow fills the air. In front of the open door, a younger man supports the old man, and another younger man stands nearby. Off to the left, Resunotek darts toward the alley between buildings, and Ichiro follows behind, glancing over his shoulder.
