Panel 3: Full page. Resunotek stumbles across Ichiro, lying on his side in the snow. The trees loom over them, and more snow is piled around their roots. Resunotek’s eyes have widened in surprise, and the hand without the knife is brought up in a protective gesture. Ichiro is in the foreground, arrows spilling from his quiver and his sword sticking up at an awkward angle. His bow lies off to the side. Old blood, rendered in black, stains his clothing, and new blood, rendered in red, soaks into the snow underneath him.
Panel 4: A close-up of Resunotek’s mitten, holding an arrow in its open palm. The fletching is striped in black and white, matching the arrows that killed the bandits.
Panel 5: Ichiro’s face, turned upward, as Resunotek’s other hand pries one of his eyes open. It seems to be focusing on her, but he looks barely conscious.
Panel 6: Resunotek’s face. She has a look of consternation as she tilts her head to the left and blows some hair out of her eyes.
