Song of the Week

The Paul Schwartz Project, “Il Gioco” (from Il Ritorno d’Ulisse in Patria by Giacomo Badoaro)

It’s Monday again. Please enjoy this song.

If you’re reading this from the US, now’s a good time to check your voter registration and find out how to vote absentee in your state. Sheer numbers are a good way to beat voter suppression.

I am planning on announcing a new project this week, so watch this space!

Keep fighting the good fight, and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

The Stranglers, “Golden Brown”

Happy Monday! Yes, I’ve been watching The Umbrella Academy.

I’ll be finishing up Singer Lake this week, so check back here on Wednesday.

Have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Kate Bush, “Hounds of Love”

Happy Monday!

My plan is to have at least part of a new module called Singer Lake, for the Chronicles of Darkness/nWOD system, up this week. I am also starting work on a new multi-chapter story for you all, which will be announced as soon as I have a title. Watch this space!

Keep fighting the good fight, and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Kate Bush, “Wuthering Heights”

Happy Monday!

I hope you are enjoying the blog remodel. If there are any further readability upgrades I can make, please don’t hesitate to ask.

There is a possibility I’ll be able to get some new content up this week. Failing that, I’ll have something next week.

If you’re in the US, please contact your local legislators and representatives and urge them to resist the invasion of federal agents in unmarked vehicles to your city. Here’s a resource you can use.

Keep fighting the good fight, and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Puscifer, “The Humbling River”

Happy Monday!

I’m finally getting around to the promised Blog Construction. Stay tuned and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Within Temptation featurning Tarja Turunen, “Paradise (What About Us?)”

Happy Monday! I hope everyone is continuing to stay safe.

I don’t really have anything coming up on the blog this week, so enjoy this song and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Janelle Monáe, “Make Me Feel”

Video’s a bit NSFW, just so you’re aware.

Happy Monday, and happy Pride.

The blog’s going to undergo some remodeling, and I’ll talk about that later this week. In the meantime, you can find everything that’s available to read under the “Read my writing” tab above.

Have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Lacuna Coil, “Senzafine” (Acoustic Version)

Happy Monday!

Willow Ford (@thefarbackroom), one of the authors featured on this post, now has a release date for The Fadian Experiment! The book will be available for download August 22, 2020.

I will be back on Wednesday with what I believe will be the penultimate chapter of Beyond the Frost-Cold Sea.

There will be lots of events happening this weekend in the ongoing fight for Black liberation and against police brutality. You can visit sixnineteen.com for more information.

Keep fighting the good fight.

Song of the Week

Janelle Monáe, “Cold War”

Monday comes around again. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

Here are some Black writers and creators you can check out and support this week and in the future!

If you’re looking for some escapism, I’ll be back on Wednesday with a new chapter of Beyond the Frost-Cold Sea. Sometimes, it’s nice to think about a world where evil can be defeated with a magical sword.

Keep fighting the good fight.

Song of the Week

Hozier featuring Mavis Staples, “Nina Cried Power”

It’s Monday.

Black lives matter–they have value, and should be cherished, today and all days. Property can be replaced. Human beings can’t.

I’ll be back with the next chapter of Beyond the Frost-Cold Sea, where saving the people from a tyrannical system is as simple as sword-fighting a god, on Wednesday.

Stay safe.

ETA: Activists have asked that white creators uplift the voices of Black people instead of their usual content this week, so the next chapter will be available next week. Please see this post for some awesome creators I know, and feel free to recommend me more.
