Song of the Week

Queens of the Stone Age, “Someone’s In the Wolf”

Last October song, so it’s another spooky one.

Continuing the spooky theme, tonight I’ll be streaming Vampire: the Masquerade: Bloodlines with the Tea and Sidequests channel on Twitch. You can come hang out and chat and talk about World of Darkness lore with me!

In case you missed it, I now have a Patreon. There is currently only one subscription tier, for $3 a month. If you subscribe, you’ll get the next chapter of Journey to the Water on Wednesday, a whole week early. Otherwise, you’ll see it here next week. There are other reasons to subscribe, like supporting an independent creator, bonus content other than new chapters, and Patreon livestreams and a community board. As I create more benefits, I’ll be sure to let you know about them, and maybe I can persuade you to subscribe 🙂

Have an excellent week!

Song of the Week

Rafferty, “Mausoleum”

Maybe I should do a bunch of spooky songs for the remainder of October?

Hello, happy Monday, I’m glad you’re here.

There will be a new chapter of Journey to the Water this week! It will be here Wednesday if I can manage it, or Thursday if I can’t.

I’ll also be streaming on Twitch this evening, playing Moon Hunters.

See you soon! Have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Kate Bush, “How to Be Invisible”

Happy Monday. Here, it’s been raining for quite some time, and everything is wet.

There will be a new chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door this week, so stop back soon! If you need to catch up, or are looking for something else to read, the Stories tab above has what you need.

Thank you and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Florence + the Machine, “Addicted to Love” (Robert Palmer cover)

Happy Monday! Please enjoy this song.

Not much to report for this week. If you missed the latest chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door, it’s available under the Stories tab above (or you can just scroll down from here on the home page). I’m trying to get back to a regular two-week posting schedule for the remainder of Part One. By the time that’s done, I might be in a position when I can post a chapter every week, but I’ll have to wait and see.

Until then, did you know you can get email notifications every time there is a new post on this site? You can do it right here:

Or there’s a similar widget at the bottom right of the page, where you can also subscribe via your WordPress account.

You are, of course, welcome to refresh this page all week, waiting for a new chapter, but this might save you some trouble 🙂

Thank you and have an excellent week!

Song of the Week

Kate Bush, “Cloudbusting”

Hello there. Internet in my house has been spotty, so please bear with me as I try to get back to a regular posting schedule.

I should have the next chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door up tonight or early tomorrow! Check back soon! If you’re reading this, thank you for your patience.

Have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Café Tacvba, “Futuro”

Happy Monday!

Between my day job and the work that needs to be done on the house (!!!), I haven’t had a lot of time to write. You may have noticed that streaming is on hold as well. I will do everything in my power to get a new chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door out this week, and I appreciate your patience.

Have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

In This Moment, “As Above, So Below”

Happy Monday.

Nothing to report this week; the next chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door will come out as soon as I can finish it, but that probably won’t be until next week.

Take care of yourselves and each other, and have an excellent week.

Song of the Week

Collide, “Dreamsleep”

Happy Monday!

I should have the next chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door up in the the next day or two. Thank you for being patient with me.

Be nice to yourself this week, and stop back in soon!

Song of the Week

City and Colour, “Woman”

Good morning. This is coming out a little late, but I hope you enjoy this song.

There will be a new chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door this week, though I’m not certain when; as you can tell, my schedule is a bit off this week.

In any case, I hope you have an excellent week, and the sun is shining wherever you are.

Song of the Week

Them Crooked Vultures, “Dead End Friends”

Happy Monday!

I hope you are well and can hear the birds sing, wherever you are.

There will be a new chapter of The Book of the New Moon Door this week, probably Friday. Check back here soon!

I’ll also be streaming with the Tea and Sidequests channel tonight and Saturday night.

Have an excellent week.
